The SCORE

Beta

The Score is now live and generating reports

If you are a founder, an investor, running a startup in medtech, a recruiter or an employee looking to join a start up - then don't you want to know if that MedTech startup is likely to be a weak or strong candidate for success?

We have developed "The Score" (learn more below) to help in your assessment of if an idea is likely to be a hit or is likely to struggle. Hit the Start now button and get your score now... The score will not only give you a possible strength score for your business but in the back end out team will assess and give you and overview of your business. Strengths and weaknesses.

28-70 = Weak

71-130 = Good

131-183 = Strong

About "The Score"
There are two scoring algorithms - one for physical medical devices and one for medical software apps.

The inputs seem simple - but the algorithms behind the score are complex and have taken over a year to develop, and include over 40 years of experiential knowledge that has gone into developing the scorings and weightings for each attribute. Beyond that the attributes are connected and dynamic. The system weights up your inputs - and derives a quite complex score that we've presented as one simple number.

The score is important - but what is "behind" the score is where the magic lies. The data inputs can help us identify areas where your company and idea could actually be stronger. Or in very strong scoring companies we can point as to where you have very strong components that can be leveraged.

Your report

If you put in a genuine data and a contact email and details - firstly you get 100% confidentiality. Our team will send an assessment of your idea based on our knowledge base and help you to see areas of strength and weakness. Give it a go and send us feedback.

Do I need to be running a startup?

No. This tool is also an interesting system of assessing investment opportunities, historic case studies, competitive companies, and for assessing ideas well ahead of creating the start up - so you can model what factors may be most important in your planning. The generated report will really help you to assess your company.

Disclaimer: the score is not perfect and the report can have some inaccuracies and should be treated as an interesting guide.
